So, Sarah Stern is the manager of this big department store, right? Well, it’s had a bunch of thefts recently, so they’ve hired more security guards. But get this, a couple of young women were acting kinda shady in the changing rooms. When they were asked about it, they both tried to run. One got away, but the other got nabbed and taken straight to the manager’s office. Now, Kali Redmond is saying she’s not doing anything wrong, but Sarah Stern’s not falling for it. The shoes Kali is wearing are from the latest collection and still have the price tag on.Sarah can call the police, but she knows they’ll probably just give her a caution. Mrs Stern thinks a different punishment would fit the crime better, especially since Kali was caught red-handed.
Mrs Stern is going to give Kali 12 strokes of the heavy tawse, six on each hand. They’re going to be full strength and severe. Kali doesn’t like this option, but she doesn’t want the authorities involved, so she reluctantly agrees.As Mrs Stern begins the punishment, she notices that the blouse Kali is wearing still has the store label in it and is also stolen! This is a terrible punishment that most girls wouldn’t be able to endure.By the time the last stroke is applied, both hands are already showing bruising and poor Kali is close to tears.
