Miss Zee, the headmistress of an adult finishing school, catches one of her male teachers kissing and fondling a female student in her office. The student, played by Immy LeFay, sits on the teacher’s lap with her school shirt open. Miss Zee decides that Punishment is the appropriate consequence for their behavior.

The Headmistress canes the student’s bottom, emphasizing the importance of maintaining her reputation and purity. Since expulsion is not an option, corporal punishment is administered instead. The teacher receives a Bare Bottom spanking and is subsequently fired from his position. During the punishment, Miss Zee discovers that the teacher is wearing panties, adding an unexpected element to the situation.
