Anneke joined in 2019 to cover what she calls the second wave — the independent producers shooting first-person discipline scenes for phones rather than DVD shelves. She tracks the one-woman studios and clip-store auteurs the big directories ignore, and her monthly indie round-up has become the catalog's most-shared feature. Before this she cut trailers for a Dutch clip platform, so she reviews like an editor: if a scene survives her scrubbing through it frame by frame, it earns the rating.
