When a new Spanking Sarah or Kitty Productions release lands, he scans the documents for the correct signatures before he even looks at the content. Then he runs it against the site's standards. He's seen every variation of a 'Discipline' scene you can imagine, and his job is to make sure the paperwork for each one is airtight.
