This long film is divided into four distinct parts. Nurse Bernadette shows up to introduce herself to Ava as a nurse that Ava’s family has hired to give her special and humiliating treatments. Ava is skeptical and argues back which only infuriates Nurse more. Ava is told to strip down and accept whatever treatment is given to her. She has been promiscuous, slutty, and not taking care of herself. In fact, Ava has been a total nightmare and this behavior will be corrected once and for all.
Now, in part three, Ava’s treatment comes to an unexpected end after she is given a water enema to clean her out from the inside. How humiliating to be on all fours having Miss Bernadette give yu an enema. Ava struggles to take in all the water and hold it, even with more spankings but she does it as she doesn’t want even more punishment.
