Matron has had enough of lazy, naughty nurses Sarah and Matilda, who seem more concerned with updating their social media profiles than carrying out their work. Matron has high standards and she expects her girls to give their work 100%, and on this occasion she has had enough of their slack performance and too-tight dresses. So she bends them over the gurney, lifts their skirts (what little there is of the skirts) and spanks them both over their knickers and then with them pulled down. She uses her hand and the leather strap to discipline them. Then she sends them back onto the ward to get on with their work.
