Mr Nixon is not a very happy man. He has just received a fine from the Tax office as his return has not been filed in time. His accountant should have ensured it was sent in a timely manner. Instead of admitting the mistake, she tries very hard to wriggle out of trouble and uses all sorts of silly excuses. When she realises that he is not going to fall for any of them she has to make a hard choice. She can be reported for failure to file or she can go over the knee and get her bottom spanked.
