Short Skirt Punishment in Miss Zoe’s Office

Lucy is sent to Strict Miss Zoe‘s office for shortening the hem on her skirt. Miss Zoe measures how far above the knee Lucy’s skirt is and informs her that she will be spanked, as that is no way for a young lady to dress. Lucy is well aware of the rules.

Soon, Lucy finds herself over Miss Zoe’s knee, her skirt flipped up and her bottom smacked hard. Her knickers are then slipped down for a sound Bare Bottom spanking. Finally, Lucy is told to bend over for seven hard whacks with the ruler. Has Lucy learned her lesson?
