Miss Matthews and Miss Zee are just so kind to take this upon themselves and show him the ropes. As he has been struggling to keep his class under control hopefully, he realises now how effective and motivating it can be to get your bottom smacked. The two female colleagues take him over their knee one at the time. He is not too keen and throughout the demonstration remains very opiniated and even cheeky, but surely, he will appreciate it in a long run. And if not, we persevere with him and perhaps employ other methods in the future. Anyhow, continuous professional development will be necessary.
