Welts and tears 20 strokes and a court ordered judicial.

In this scene from Miss Sultrybelle, a misbehaving man is sentenced to a court-ordered judicial punishment. The female authority figure takes him over her knee, baring his bottom for a hard hand spanking that leaves his cheeks red and sore.

The punishment escalates as she sentences him to an additional 20 strokes with a cane. Each stroke is delivered with precision and force, leaving angry welts across his already tender flesh. By the end, the man is reduced to tears, having learned a painful lesson he won’t soon forget.
