OTK Hand Spanking Lesson with Carol Neumark

Carol Neumark stars in this instructional over-the-knee hand spanking video from At Home with Miss Iceni. The strict disciplinarian takes Nathan over her lap to demonstrate a complete Punishment routine. Carol begins by scolding and shaming Nathan, setting a tone of authority and control.

After establishing the scene, Carol proceeds to carefully position Nathan across her lap, securing his arms and hips. She lifts his clothing to expose his bottom, first spanking over his underwear before baring him completely. Carol deliberately targets her swats, pacing the punishment to keep Nathan squirming but in place. The old-fashioned over-the-knee spanking is meant to correct Nathan’s misbehavior with painful discipline and stern guidance.
