Rebecca and Spanky are supposed to be following along with a workout video, but they’re more interested in taking breaks, smoking, and snacking on candy. Their lack of Discipline and commitment to exercise catches up with them.

Fed up with their slacking off, a frustrated fitness coach decides to teach Rebecca and Spanky a lesson they won’t soon forget. She takes each girl over her knee for a sound spanking, hoping to motivate them to take their workouts more seriously in the future.
