Bella is always misbehaving and turning up late at class. She is complaining of being unwell and having a temperature so she can get out of doing her physical education class. Miss Belle summons her into her office and decides to do a medical examination, she takes Bella's temperature with an anal thermometer and then she administers a suppository and then a buttplug to keep the suppository in.
Bella is then made to exercise naked as a humiliation punishment. Then she is given 20 strokes of the cane and 20 strokes of the Canadian prison strap as punishment for her bad behaviour and for lying about having a temperature.
